     Matlin Realty is a small, relatively new residential real estate office that is proud of the expertise, honesty, intelligence, and capabilities of its sales agents.  Most of our sales agents are employed full-time in professions such as wireless engineering, mortgage lending, public relations consulting, real estate rental management, medical sales, magazine writing, and health-care.  Our sales agents sell real estate because they enjoy it, or because they work in an associated field such as mortgage lending or renting / renovating homes .  They have chosen to associate with us because of the following benefits offered by Matlin Realty.

Wanted Full or Part-Time Sales Agents

     We enjoy, encourage, and support part-time or full-time sales agents.  Many large real estate companies require that you work as a full-time real estate sales agent for them.  We welcome moms, retirees, full-time students, and full-time professionals who want to work part-time in real estate sales.  Full time sales agents are equally welcome.

     We are looking for sales agents who are co-operative, positive, upbeat and happy, intelligent, and competitive.

Revenue Sharing

     We believe that we offer the most generous sales agent / agency split in the Indianapolis market.  Additionally, we attempt to charge the least for add-ons such as transaction fees, voicemail messaging, and E&O insurance.

Office Tools

     Matlin Realty provides desk space, a conference room with speaker phone and computer, office computers, printers, fax machines, and shared internet based fax for remote and e-mail transmission of faxes.

Training

     Our intranet provides training support for sales agents.  It also keeps an up-to-date listing of training courses that are available.  Matlin Realty subsidizes courses such as those leading to credentials such as CCIM, GRI, and CRS.
